There were 4 acts of violence against plaintiff's daughter Emilie Kraemer during Judge Smith's four-year Federal Judge application period in aid of racketeering chronicled here in 2012, 2013, 2014 timed with documentary precision to Judge Smith's Federal nomination milestones. These were extorted bribe payments < Quid Pro Quo > delivered by Ray DeRaymond Esq., Amy DeRaymond, Lisa Spitale Esq., Shanon Moore Esq., Lehigh Transition Services, SPIN and its staff in exchange for Judge Smith's official act of appointing a guardian by approving ruled out mental retardation diagnosis ICD-9 MR317 then concealing it from the court record to help them divert the NY plaintiffs' $255,000 college educational award for his daughter Emilie to Lehigh/Spin employment contractors for the mentally retarded.

The violent acts were enabled through Lisa Spitale's No Show Guardian Job as payment to Smith. My landlord, Edelstein began venting toxic fumes into my apartment. I was able to mitigate it by running a large industrial fan 24/7 which worked until 11/4/2013 when the landlord changed tactics and began venting fumes through the floorboards.

A few days later Amy text'd me and told me what she had was contagions and to tell every one that was here to visit with her."

Thomas Kraemer declared a medical emergency on 08/26/2013, compelling a DermOne appointment. First legitimate clinical intervention in the entire documented sequence.

First actual treatment - topical scabicide that directly kills Sarcoptes scabiei mites. Prescribed only after external emergency intervention by Thomas Kraemer. ONLY 1 tablet prescribed; published standard of care for Norwegian Scabies requires at least 2 doses and recommends 7. It was prescribed same date as Permethrin 5% - August 28, 2013 - the first curative treatment after the emergency declared by Thomas Kraemer. Norwegian Scabies requires multiple-dose oral Ivermectin combined with topical Permethrin for full eradication given the mite burden (thousands to millions of organisms versus 10-15 in ordinary scabies).

Amy DeRaymond, Emilie's mother warned me not to call Emilie's doctor's after getting our daughter properly diagnosed and cured from Norwegian Scabies she deliberately cultivated.

She and her cadre of lunatic criminals should have been locked up years ago. There is nothing remotely ambiguous about their violent criminal intentions.

Fumes continued until I was violently forced out of my apartment or risk serious injury and began living in hotels 11/16/2013. The hotel's rooms were regularly infected by hotel staff. Invariably these were Hotel Trade Council members, the most powerful union in NYC. My then client, lobbyist Vincent Pitta was their general council, his father was their former president.

Having established this pathological vulnerability, the defendants then took the highly dangerous step of cross-prescribing a compounding stack of contraindicated Class I and Class II high-potency topical corticosteroids -including Hydrocortisone (2.5%) on 05/16/2013, Fluocinonide (0.05%) on 05/30/2013, and Clobetasol (0.05%) on 06/24/2013. In the presence of a rampant parasitic infection, these specific steps directly stripped the victim of her biological immune barriers.

The Step of Paralyzing the Victim's Biological Defenses: Concurrently, the defendants took the step of administering off-the-books chemical sedatives (Risperidone / Hydroxyzine). Confronted with the victim's shocking physical collapse and bleeding deep-skin fissures on 07/22/2013 just before Judge Edward Smith's Presidential nomination for Federal Judge, the Mother and Guardian Spitale deployed an off-the-books prescription scabicide - the only agent capable of killing the mites.
