I set off a turf war with Northampton County, the Easton Area School District and the PA Commonwealth’s interest in trafficking regular education students to outsourced special education contractors by abusing children before cognitive assessment exams then parleying the resulting low IQ scores to move the student to special education, introduce them to private contractors then provide the contractors with fraudulent mental disability diagnosis billing codes needed to conduct business. Self dealing. I wrote to a New York Times business editor I know 04/18/2022. 12/29/2022 The Time’s confirmed the same systemic special education business I documented in PA in New York City. The New York Times documented Districts “mass emailing” bogus diagnosis recommendations to parents to get them approved. It was estimated to cause “Billions of dollars” in special education fraud. 07/16/2024 New York State DOE enacted emergency resolution to stop special education fraud that cost New York $350 million last year—citing the New York Times article I instigated as the basis for their action.
